Our focus: transform the athletes’’ financial fluency into a true economic asset, integrating business, governance, and collective equity.

Outcome
The NFLPA approved the framework, launching The Trust — a platform for athlete well-being and business growth. The model informed the rise of Fanatics and OneTeam Partners, redefining athlete ownership in the global sports economy.
What began as a player development effort became a blueprint for athlete-led enterprise — now studied in sports finance, leadership, and business innovation circles.
