President’s Circle

Co-founded by Fortis Global and the Professional Pipeline Development Group (PPDG), The President’s Circle equips its members with the insight, alliances, and strategic frameworks needed to:

  • Navigate geopolitical volatility with moral clarity
  • Align capital deployment with public good
  • Rebuild civic trust and institutional legitimacy
  • Cultivate intergenerational pipelines across academia, industry, and civil society

At a time when complexity is accelerating and leadership is under question, The President’s Circle offers a compass, not just a stage—a convening of consequential thinkers ready to move from vision to velocity, from influence to impact.

A New Definition of Presidential Power

Here, “presidential” is not a title—it is a calling. It signals those who lead from conviction, interdependence, and sacred accountability, stewarding the levers of capital, culture, and civic design in service of shared flourishing.

Informed by the soul of the Appointed Arc Field Architecture™, The President’s Circle is not simply a forum—it is a strategic design lab for moral imagination, economic realignment, and generational covenant. In an era marked by systemic fragmentation, the Circle offers space for clarity, connection, and catalytic action among those entrusted with real power and deep purpose.

Higher Education Thought Leadership Consortium

Launched in 2021, the PPDG Higher Education Thought Leadership Consortium is a flagship initiative that convenes college and university presidents—including leaders from HBCUs—alongside national thought leaders and C-suite executives to co-design what’s next in higher education.

Anchored by a shared commitment to equity (financial), innovation, and economic relevance, the Consortium equips institutions to build future-ready talent pipelines and the infrastructure, capacity and commercial models for growth. In 2022, this collaborative vision was formalized at the New York Stock Exchange, signaling a bold blueprint for cross-sector action.

As artificial intelligence reshapes every industry, the Consortium champions strategic priorities that help colleges and universities lead, including:

  • AI-integrated curricula, campus operations, applied research, and immersive learning models;
  • Robust data governance and asset protection frameworks for the digital era
  • And transformative public-private commercialization strategies that expand economic access.

At the heart of this platform is a belief that higher education can—and must—be a launchpad for innovation and business partnerships. By aligning institutional assets with real-world market demand, the Consortium helps reimagine what’s possible for students, faculty, and the communities they serve.
